year. Finally, we will include digital copies of all images (standard and infrared)
taken during our audit.

Computer Modelling
TREAT software allows us to create two models of your home - one in its current state
and one after our recommended energy retrofit. We estimate what actions will be
taken and the software yields the payback of completing these actions. Payback is
given in terms of how long it will take to recoup your investment in terms of how
much money is saved on your utilities. Furthermore, you will also learn how much
fuel you will save as well as how much will be required to heat & cool your home.
